Scorecard privacy notice
Innovate Ahead Group Pty Ltd collects and uses information submitted through the Executive Transformation Readiness Scorecard as described below. This notice is specific to the scorecard and is not a legal certification.

Information collected
We collect your name and business contact information, organisation and position, assessment answers, calculated scores and recommendations, optional business qualification information, and marketing consent preferences. Optional information includes your phone number, website, turnover range, employee range, main business challenge and timeframe.
Why we use it
We use this information to process your assessment, generate and display your results, email results to you, notify Innovate Ahead Group of your submission, and respond to enquiries or requests for consultation. Result and internal notification emails are sent only when transactional email delivery is configured; your results remain saved if email is unavailable.
Marketing consent is separate, optional and unchecked by default. Completing the scorecard does not automatically enrol you in marketing communications. We record your choice separately as consent evidence; this is not a mailing-list subscription.
Storage and access
Completed scorecard submissions, including contact information, responses and scores, are saved in the application’s PostgreSQL database. Results are made available to the current assessment session; this scorecard is not a public results directory.
Replit provides application hosting and database services. Mailgun is the selected provider for transactional email delivery when configured. Email delivery involves sharing recipient details and message content with Mailgun and handling by recipient email services.
Mailgun’s United States (US) sending region is configured. This alone does not establish all email content, log, backup or subprocessor locations. Message and event-log retention and account-level overseas handling require confirmation. The specific Replit application, database and backup locations and other overseas handling arrangements also require confirmation before publication. We do not claim that information stays in Australia.

Proposed retention policy
Subject to final review, completed scorecard submissions are to be retained for 24 months from the original submission date, then personal information securely deleted or anonymised unless longer retention is required by law or justified by an ongoing client relationship. Revisiting the website does not extend this period.
The MVP records the original submission date and calculates and stores a retention expiry date for new submissions. Automated permanent deletion is not enabled and will not be activated until the retention process has been tested and approved. The proposed period is not a promise that automated deletion is already operating.
Marketing consent evidence is held separately where needed to demonstrate compliance and requires a separate retention review. The final process must also cover email copies, provider records and backups, including controls to avoid restoring deleted personal information into active use. Backup handling and retention arrangements remain subject to confirmation.
Browser access to results expires after 24 hours; this does not delete the stored submission.
